Our main task for the
second semester is to produce a five minute documentary on the theme
“Liverpool stories”. This is a task that seems initially daunting
as I know very little about Liverpool and have watched relatively few
documentaries. As such a large amount of research is going to be
necessary on my behalf in preparation for this task. I intend to
watch a large amount of documentaries over the coming week to gain a
feel for the different forms and styles of documentary making, and hopefully
decide how best to design mine. I will also have to research the city
of Liverpool in great depth to help me come up with an interesting
and original idea.
